Staff knowledge could be improved; they seemed more interested in making a sale than providing informed assistance. The wait times were lengthy, even on weekdays. Disappointing experience overall.

Disappointing experience all around. Long wait times, limited product selection, and unhelpful staff. Prices are steep for what you get. I expected more from a place that claims to prioritize patient care. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
